These slippers exceeded my expectations. The arrived well wrapped, looking fluffy and new. They are so soft and they have a lot of cushion. Its very important for me, when I love an item and they come brand new, not worn.

Slippers are very soft and warm. Size was not true to me. Had to go one size up. And the only downfall is they are very very slippery and hard to walk in.

Like walking on a pillow. Thickness of sole is most important. fully washable and dryer ok. My feet are soothed and cuddled. No hardness or cold floors. Best ever
