Seen the diffence in under 2 weeks
Face seemed more hydrated and glowing after a few days and more plump. My hairdresser noticed the difference in my hair in 10 days saying split ends seemed much better and better condition. Nails stronger and growing fast. Haven’t noticed any diffence in knee pain as yet but happy with all the other improvements.

Usually, any vitamins or supplements take a couple of months to show any difference.I was taking Holland and Barrett hair skin and nails formula until I ran out and they had none in stock. Can't really say there was much benefit to that other than my hair was majorly thicker this year so I decided to try something else and came across this.I took the first day and next morning my skin was completely different. It was glowing, looked plumper and so much more youthful.In one day!I don't have any wrinkles yet but I could see signs of fine lines starting to develop and I suffer from acne so had some scarring which is now barely visible since I started this formula. I also have large pores which were looking bigger since I was losing elasticity in the skin but they look like they have shrunk since I started taking these.My skin has never looked better!I've even tried chemical treatments in the past which have done nothing compared to taking these pills has done.To see the difference that I have in just a few weeks of taking them, I can't wait to see the long term benefits and I will be continuing to take them.

Not for me
Always tricky to give a star rating as I think that is an irrelevant system in this case. The product didn’t suit me, it made me bloated and had to stop taking after 4 days and as soon as I stopped the bloating stopped as well, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be good for someone else it just didn’t suit me, others seem to really love it

‘Simply The Best’
I have used collagen over a number of years, a variety of makes and prices but this one is the one I go back to again and again! Dilutes easily so pleasant to take! I put into glass of cordial. This has become part of my daily routine and I am MORE than happy the effect on my skin and nails. I am 74 years and people compliment my clear skin! I purchase one monthly best £19 I ever dpend
