Easy on the gut
Hi I have a colostomy and sometimes I either don’t drink enough fluid ( because of appointments) or I eat foods that harden stools. These are perfect , they work gently to relieve. Not like the pharmaceutical ones which generally scour you- very unpleasant experience. Would definitely invest again. If you take on a nighttime before bed you’re ready to go by morning, that’s a joy.

Brilliant,used properly!
Brilliant.Be careful on how you take them.Drink plenty of water,as if you dont,you'll get stomach cramps! Like I did!. But properly took theyre great,I was just lazy and forgot to..instead,drank tea..no good!

These capsules have the strangest smell but is not unpleasant. You do have to drink a lot though or you will get tummy cramps but they go away when you drink (well they did for me). Fab product

Garlic burps while they digest ...
So - I’m only day one in ... things could improve but I didn’t wake up and feel a very noticeable change ... also can smell these Capsules are full of garlic powder when you open the pack . And within half hour of taking these they repeated On me awfully and all burps was very garlicky ... left me feeling a little sick . Hopefully things improve

Doesn’t work
Been using this for four days and nothing is happening no change at all, wish I listened to the reviews, highly unlikely would buy again, very disappointed, only giving one star because wouldn’t let me post the review others!!

Didn't work for me.
Didn't notice a difference. Didn't find they helped really. Took two before bed and woke up not feeling any different and iv been taking a few weeks now.
