Absolute waste of my time and money,especially since I am not located in the UK so returns are going to be a big pain.This thing only works within a range of a few feet of my desk. I could have better ordered an extension cable for my old wired sennheiser headset which would've saved me money and the audio quality would have been better.I can't believe a company that I thought was serious, Sennheiser, can make, advertise and sell such a low quality product.Very-very dissapointed! Steer well clear of this and buy something better !

I've read the other reviews and could not disagree more.Yes it is a device for use with office phone systems - The clue being in the title "Headset for Office phone".Crystal clear audio the full length of the office, it worked 40m from the base station (location of coffee machine) and a call was maintained even when moving to the floor above (concrete structure).I thought the sharing/conference a bit of a gimmick at first, but turned out to be quite useful.Would recommend this to anyone, although I am now buying the ML version as I need Microsoft Lync compatibility.

Anyone who thinks, this headset will work with a PC should shy away from it. It is the 'phone' version, which has a USB port, but it is only for firmware upgrades and not for PC connectivity.If you look at the DW Office descriptions, you will find almost nowhere, that there is a phone only version. Off it goes to Amazon refunds.For those who care about Phone only versions: the sound quality is outstanding. But I would only get it with the receiver mechanism.
