Edenpure GEN32 SuperBuddy Infrared Space Heater

I bought this heater in March and it stopped working in June. I loved it while it worked, but I would expect it to last longer than two months. I am trying to get the seller to replace it because it comes with a 1 year warranty. They want me to send it back to see if it can be fixed and are supposed to send me a shipping label, which I have still not received. I finally broke down and ordered a different heater so I can stop freezing in my office.

Great heater for a small space, my wife is very happy with it in her office. Came on time, great price, and works as advertised.

It died in 2 days.

Small but powerful. Warms up a small room really well.

Nice looking piece of small furniture. Makes a better footstool then a heater. Purchased a 750w small box unit that puts out three times the heat of this 1500 double unit looks good looks very durable. Can run for two days and a 10 x 12 room and will only raise the temperature 4°. And that's with it being 45 degrees outside.

Terrible Smell. My longtime experience (8 years) with Eden Pure heaters is finished. Anything but pure air emits from their heaters. Even after years of use, I still notice smell.HI addressed this with company years ago. They deny there is a problem. Hoped this heater would be different. Not so. Just buy a ten dollar heater from Walmart. Loss of humidity minor issue compared horrific air quality from these and other infared heaters. This is my opinion. Others may disagree.

Heats up small rooms or part of a room very quickly; especially wonderful to use in the mornings in my bathroom...Very lightweight...Also, works as a fan to make it cooler...I'm very impressed and am considering buying a larger heater from EdenPure...Thank you!

Good, little space heater that gets the job done. Single speed fan, two stage heat, plus a fan only mode. It’s plastic, so don’t expect a lot of durability out of it. It could use a longer power cord.
