I wanted to wait until we used these on a few of our violins for a little bit before I wrote a review. We live in a remote area and have had to learn how to replace bridges and strings ourselves if we want to stay in music. These bridges fit with very little adjustment/filing needed on several different violins. The strings have all stayed put and none of the bridges have split. They are a pretty good value and it's nice to have a few back up too. As James Brown would say "take it to the bridge!!" and buy these for yourself.
