They pop on and off with ease, also boards are cheap enough I don’t lock it with a pad lock, so if the boards are stolen I’m out what $60 🤷‍♂️ It’s a lot of money but gotta say so far so good. Can this be modified to work on that type of set up?** A: You'll need some 1/8" angle aluminum for the bracket. And then some 1/4" X 1" carriage bolts to secure it, it's a good budget solution. Just be sure to get all stainless steel bolts, washers, and lock nuts. **Q: am i supposed to cut the bottom portion when fitting into a pioneer rack?** A: The pins are the length they are to cover a wide variety of racks and mounting situations.
