I bought this, completed the warranty registration and it worked well for two months. It had a touch screen for turning it on/off. It stopped working - the touch screen would not always turn on and if it did turn on, it would cycle through the 3 settings rapidly by itself then shut off. I reached out to the manufacturer's warranty dept. They sent me a new/improved unit that has a sealed push button switch. It works much better. Great customer service.

The product worked fine and kept my braces clean.Just really a pity that it broke down after 7 months.Not a reliable product.I had seen the comments that some customers said that the screen stopped working after some time, making the product useless. Nevertheless I gave the product a try.The product looks sleek and of good quality, however this product should definitely be able to last longer than 7 months...Feeling disappointed by this purchase.

I use this to clean my dental nightguard and it works well. I only use plain water and then make sure to remove the nightguard when it is done running. So far my nightguard is perfectly clean and has not had any negative affects that can happen when either using harsh chemicals or leaving it soaking too long. This is my third nightguard, so I am determined to make this one last at least a few years. So far this ultrasonic cleaner, used with plain water, and removing the nightguard right after cleaning and letting it air dry in a protective case (away from the dog who chewed up my last one :)) seems to be the best cleaning method I've found. Also this is my second ultrasonic cleaner. The previous one from a different company stopped working after only 3 months. So far this one seems to be more durable.

After mine stopped working I took it apart and noticed large deposits of condensation around the inner edges. The bottom, middle area which holds the main circuit board had light condensation on it. Both of the UV light circuit boards were corroded. One of the wires connected to the UV light circuit board fell off due to the corrosion. After drying it out and cleaning it the best I could , I did solder the UV light wire back on the circuit board, put it back together and got it working again, although the UV lights are not working. I would not buy this product, it has a severe design flaw. Those are my findings, hope this helps people thinking about buying this product.

Easy to use and clean. Nothing really too deep to talk about to it.

I purchased the ultrasonic cleaner with high hopes for its cleaning efficiency and durability. Initially, it performed adequately, effectively cleaning items as advertised. However, my satisfaction was short-lived as issues began to surface after just three months of use. The cleaner started malfunctioning intermittently, which gradually worsened until it completely stopped working after six months.This abrupt failure was extremely disappointing, especially considering the investment made. The product's build quality appears subpar, unable to withstand regular use over a short period. As a result, I cannot recommend this ultrasonic cleaner based on my experience.

The first one I received stopped working after a month or so.The company reached out to me and told me they made a number of upgrades to the design and can they send me another one to try.A few days later I received it and it seems to be working fine.I does a very good job of cleaning my retainer and I don’t wake up with a scratchy throat anymore.I appreciate that they stand by their workmanship like that.Good job!
