This is just flour that you would use for baking. The resistant starch is something you can use in smoothies etc.

Yes. In fact, apparently it provides 3,000 - 6,000 mg of resistant starch for quarter of a cup serving, so it's a brilliant source of it.

Green banana flour is naturally high in resistant starch so I can only suggest that maybe the packaging on one of them mentions it for marketing purposes. I also wondered why there is such a big variation in prices because they're all exactly the same thing, so I now just buy the cheaper one.
