This wick is a fine fit for my Aircare freestanding humidifier. I've been running it a couple of days to make sure that it's working as expected and it is. Time will tell if it lasts as well as a brand name wick. My only note on this is that it's not necessarily a better value than just getting the brand name wick, though it may depend on the exact humidifier model you have. I've gotten only the brand name replacements in the past and they are almost the same price.

Fits in my AIRCARE Space-Saver Evaporative Humidifier, 831000. I’ll update my review once I start using it in the colder winter months. In my experience so far, the name brand filters actually last longer than generics which hurts my feelings and my wallet.

I ordered this humidifier filter to replace an old, used filter in my humidifier. The filter arrived promptly and in good condition. The interesting thing about this filter compared to others is that it's very sturdy and seems to be reinforced and stronger than the other filters I have purchased. My humidifier comes with a plastic holder for the filter itself to help keep it in place and in shape. This filter is extremely strong, not flimsy at all and I almost think I could use the filter without the holder although it wouldn't affect the efficiency of the filter either way. It's recommended that the filter be changed every 4-6 months, though we have hard water and I have to change mine every 3-4 weeks with constant use in the winter. I would order this product again and recommend it to anyone using a humidifier on a daily basis.

This fits my humidifier perfectly. Its made from a coffee filter type paper. It is very sturdy and lasts about 1-2 months in my humidifier. This one happens to be a great price as well, considering how often you need to replace them.Make sure this fits into your humidifier before purchasing.
