Have had for 10 months very durable , versatile as you can add or remove weight . Mobility is great while on and moving. The price is great also. Overall great and beneficial in support of fitness.

I ordered this twice and only got plates I don't recommend buying this.

Extremely long.
Just extremely long. Nit happy at all whit length. I don't understand why they gotta be so long. Will not fit in vest fully. I gotta grind them down. Also very expensive for just a few pieces of metal. Overpriced.

It won't fit if you have a fat tummy
I use bootlaces to do it up as the Velcro doesn't come near to getting done up. Otherwise it's fine.
