Q: I can't work out how to assemble this. Do you bend the bolt to keep it in place? Its just not clear.

I bent them and that seemed to hold them in place

No they are plastic but seem pretty solid. Haven't had any trouble with them so far. However the instruction leaflet that comes with it is absolutely appalling! If you get this I suggest you Google it, there are one or two videos on YouTube and others that are of more help. Otherwise v. happy, it is lightweight, nice and manoeuvrable and the bag part really is nice and big
