Vaule for money

I bought this to use as small gift pockets and decorating jam/chutney jars for the upcoming holidays. It's completely fine for that purpose as it's basically a decorative item.I couldn't use this to make a quilt or curtains, it's not strong enough for that nor is it high enough quality for something made for regular use.The 50 pieces are less than 1cm thick collectively, and you can read text on paper, written through the lighter pieces (see images).The patterns are fascinating and there is a good variety and that I really like - again, great for my purposes, but sadly as beautiful as these patterns would be on a quilt, this wouldn't last as a quilt, which is what it was advertised for. You could probably find a way to make it work, but the cost of that could be more than just buying better quality fat quarters to begin with.
