Bodi-Tek Abdominal and Back Toning System - Black, h29, w29, d75cm

I was initially disappointed as the pictures were VERY misleading. The belt is plain black no red circles or designs on it. The pictures seem to show there are two sides to the belt, the front with 6 circle designs and the rear with a number of red dots. This is not the case at all - there are NOT two sides to the belt. There is one side. And it is plain black. To use on your back you fasten two strips to the belt. To use the front you fasten on 6 round circular pieces. There are 4 programs to use with varying intensity. The belt needs to be adjusted until it fits snug to your body. This is fairly easy to do. Once you have it positioned snug to the body it works brilliantly. Of the four programs I have two favourite ones, but they all do their own thing and you can certainly feel them working. For that this is a very good product.

to cumbersome would not spend my hard earned money so foolishly again. saying that this was the very best price ,great delivery would deal with this company again as it's not their fault product sucks.

Very disappointed. The top and bottom pads weren't working so took it back for a refund. It's very big yet only covers a small area of muscles. Tried it on the back too and because of it's large size and stiffness it doesn't fit well.Would not recommend this product, especially not for that amount of money.
