The product arrived in a small plastic packaging that was easy to open and access. I plugged in the product to my computer and had to update some drivers in device manager, but once that was finished it worked perfectly fine. At times the wifi was slightly slow but I’m guessing that’s down to the fact I’m being connected through a small USB and not a wired connection or legitimate network adapter card. This is a really simple product that works on most versions of windows. I’ve tried it on a Windows 8.1 computer and a Windows 10 PC. Both work fine with no issues. If you need a cheap and simple network adapter to connect to your wifi, I recommend this product 100%!

I recently bought a computer instead of a laptop so I needed a wireless connection to my internet. Comparing this to the Ethernet adopter, I can confidently say that this is more useful.

Cheap, works well and very handy.

Works great - once you go into windows driver settings and change the driver from its default to "generic bluetooth radio".

If you looking for very slow and very often crashing device this one is for you. Useless piece of crap!
