i have purchased this toilet for every remodeled bathroom in my home, is great height, is comfortable, easy installation, flush great, is silent, and looks very pretty and clean, doesn’t take much space, does the job perfectly, recommended

I recently purchased this toilet, and overall, I’m happy with its performance. The design is sleek, it flushes well, and the installation process is mostly straightforward. However, there’s one crucial tip if you’re in the U.S.The toilet comes with a 1/2-inch adapter already installed over the 7/8-inch main connector. Since 7/8-inch is the standard size for plumbing in the U.S., you’ll need to remove the 1/2-inch adapter before installing the toilet. I didn’t realize this initially, and once the toilet was installed, it became difficult to remove the adapter, leading to unnecessary complications.To save yourself the trouble, make sure to remove the 1/2-inch adapter and use the 7/8-inch connection before you start the installation. Once that’s done, everything should go smoothly. Despite this hiccup, the toilet is a solid choice and performs great!

Liked: one piece, easy to clean and install. Installation says to make sure that the water supply is more than 7.5 inches to the side from the center of the flange. Not sure why though as there's plenty of clearance to run a water hose even if the toilet is flush with the wall.Did not like: the provided wax seal was not thick enough to create a good airtight seal. No big deal - still 5 stars.It looks good, is solid (heavy), but I would suggest when installing to use two people (90 lbs), as I slightly chipped the flange bolt hole when I missed the bolt. Again - my fault and slightly bigger washer took care of business.I will update review if I find out that for some reason performance is not top notch.First two pictures show water (wall outlet) installed slightly off to the side (yes, angle valve would work better, oh well). Second two pictures (second toilet) shows the water line completely hidden as it was installed closer to the center of the flange.If you have water coming from the floor you'd ideally want it close to the wall as possible.

This is a really nice looking toilet. It is compact without looking too small. It is comfortable and flushes like a champ. The dual flush is great because there is a significant difference between the two, and you can set them for your own preference as well. The only problem is that they do not provide an explanation as to how to adjust the flushes, even though the instructions tell you to adjust these according to the manual. There is no manual, just an installation guide. I was able, after a lot of work and dead ends, have a Facebook Messenger conversation with someone from Horow, who provided me a one sheet visual guide depicting how one should adjust the flush mechanism. It isn't easy to decipher, but it's better than nothing. In theory you don't have to touch the flush mechanism, as it comes pre-assembled.The holes which allow access to the bolts are really small, and though there is a possibility of reaching in from the back if you have Gumby arms, it makes tightening these bolts a moderately difficult job. I just took my time and eventually got them tight.One last complaint is the cheap plastic covers they provide to cover the holes. These should sit nice and flush, and be the same color as the toilet, they should be invisible right? Instead, they don't sit right, they are sticking out, and they are a different white than the toilet. I looked and online from Horow you can buy ceramic covers for $40. This wasn't necessarily a cheap toilet, and I feel that the ceramic covers should be standard. I am probably going to order them because the cheap plastic bothers me so much, but it does seem like a lot for covers that should already be there.Also, the seat seems cheap too so I'll probably be ordering a wood one. The toilet itself and the flush mechanism, however, are great and so far everything goes down in a satisfyingly powerful and quick flush. It doesn't take very long to refill itself, either.

I am really impressed with this toilet, I just remodeled my bathroom and needed to replace the 17-year-old dated Toto toilet. A neighbor had spent over $1200 on her Kohler Brazn toilet was recommending I buy that instead. This toilet looks just as good and is a fraction of the price. My handyman was able to install in about 15 minutes (charged me $150). I will be buying a second unit later in the month. Love the height (ADA compliant) and overall look. The only thing I would change is to offer the push buttons in satin nickel finish vs chrome to match the rest of my fixtures. Highly recommend ! 👍🙏😘

At first I was worried buying a sight unseen toilet for our new bath remodel, but the price was great and so were the reviews, so I went for it. Glad I did as this toilet is so sleek and modern looking. I love how it hides the install hardware. My contractor had no issues with install, the flushing power is great. Buy the toilet! You won’t regret it.

I absolutely love this toilet, which I bought to replace a standard 14" one. It's beautiful to look at, easy to clean, and does what it's supposed to do. The only drawback is the somewhat cheap, plastic seat, which is probably standard on all new toilets.
