I like just about everything about the rollater, It rolls smooth and fast and the brakes work well. I can get it up and down a few steps pretty easily if needed.. My friend's 14 year old daughter loads it in a car pretty easily, although lighter than some, I would not say it's really, light. The seat is actually comfortable to sit in, better than some medical offices I've been to. The only slight negative is its not as maneuverable in a small apartment as one with smaller wheels.. Also the instructions are not good although it's pretty easy to put together. One knob was missing from the box when I received it, so the CS sent me some new knobs.

I got this rollator because it has the tallest handles on the market. My Dad is six foot and the other rollators force him to hunch over a bit. This one is great - and 5'6" Mom likes it also!Big wheels run smoothly and its seat is comfortable when they need a breather.Excellent construction and finish.

I had a lot of trouble assembling this, but finally got it to work with help from my husband and my doctor.The first problem is that the font used on the user manual is miniscule. I needed to use a magnifying glass in addition to my reading glasses. The intro was written in good English, but the assembly instructions themselves looked like the result of a bad Google Translate session. It refers to the wheels as “tubes,” for example, and goes downhill from there. I used to work rewriting product info for Japanese manufacturers, so I’m used to a bit of this type of confusion. But in this case, I just had to guess — and I was concerned the result could be dangerous to try to use. In fact, it turned out I had put some screw-on pieces in backwards, which led to them falling off when my husband took it out of our car. Luckily he retrieved the pieces and we figured it out.The wheels have a smooth surface, but the traction doesn’t seem to be bad. The main issue is that users of this rollator type of walker may find the it rolling away from them, leading to falls. I found several videos on Youtube advising how to deal with this.Lifting the walker into and out of my SUV was a bit difficult, because I have a bad back. It’s too large to fit in the back seat, so had to clear out stuff I had been keeping in the back area.

Sturdy yet lightweight and easy to transport. Very happy with the product.

My goodness, this is such a great Rollator, the seat is extra padded, and the box on back, will give me goosebumps when shopping at all I will put in my bag. The breaks work super, and was so easy to put together, just a great experience. This is my second one, and this one is so super. If you need one of these, I highly recommend this model. I used to have a flea market setup and I was always wondering why the wheels were not bigger, it was so hard to move my stuff when the least bit or small rocks or anything else got in the way of the wheels so am very happy to find one with 10 inch wheels all around. This walker is great. My mother loves hers.

Try to buy a more substantial walker as this one is built rather flimsy and breaks quite easily.

This is the 2nd walker that I've gotten and the brakes are the problem. The 1st walker the breakers broke after a week. The 2nd unit both brakes broke while in use and I almost got really hurt.This company needs to have someone you can speak to about these issues. Terrible customer service it should I say lack of customer service. Now I am without a wallet because the brakes didn't work and your user manual is just as bad as there is no clear instructions on who I can get to repair the brakes or which replacement brake cables to buy. It's horrible how I'm left in a lurch because the product let me down
