works like a charm makes great espresso's I use it for single cup and seen on here about cups not fitting not sure what cups they were using but mine fit fine long as their espresso cups also bought a little espresso pot that works great If there was a letdown it would be the cup slash tamper it sucks but works for now and new ones can be found for cheap on amazon and if you need one too it's a 51 mm size tamper

I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and have given him a couple of months to test it out before reviewing. To start off, neither one of us are coffee connoisseurs but we do enjoy our coffee every morning and he was drinking Starbucks almost daily before this, so this was a great way to save money for us.The set up of this coffee machine was ridiculously easy. It was surprising how little we had to do for it to be ready to work properly. I was very impressed. We took some trial and error to brew coffee correctly and to our liking but it really didn’t take more than a few tries and once you get it, you get it.Our only complaint is that the frothing has never worked for us. We genuinely do not know if it’s us or the machine though. We’ve both watched tons of videos on how to properly froth milk and have tried every technique out there but still nothing, so we think it’s the machine (?) . It does heat the milk up but does no frothing whatsoever which is a bummer, but flavor is always good so it doesn’t really matter. If anyone has recs on how to make the frothing work that really is the only downside of the machine! We love it!

I really love this machine and I love the various coffee styles I can make. It comes with everything you need, with room for accessory equipment upgrades if you want. My only complaint is that there is no marking anywhere on the listing, the website or the product packaging, instructions that state the portafilter size. So unfortunately, I guessed the wrong size for a tamper and ended up getting something that did not work. It seems to be 51mm, so I'm still learning what will fit. ~ However, that is my only frustration, as on it's own, it works wonderfully and makes smooth frothy espresso and also cappuccino.There is sometimes other confusions among Americans who are trying espresso machines as we are used to either drip or hybrid american-compressed espresso-style machines. The filters will arrive with what some will think is no holes. However, the holes are small and are what you would expect for an espresso machine. It's all about compression. Also, the size and dispensation is espresso-sized small cups. So you will generally not be able to put a large American cup under the dispenser. You'll need either an espresso cup, which I have, or in my case for multiple shots, I was able to use an espresso carafe from another machine.Lastly, a little trick I do to get an normal American-sized cup full is to simply push the double shot several times (this perhaps weakens the coffee with each dispersal, but when combined it is as strong or stronger than regular coffee, but I'm still experimenting). So if you are going for a quad shot or a six shot (probably the most you every would want to do), this is a good approach. Alternatively, you could change the portafilter each time with fresh coffee for each double dispersal.Overally, a very nice machine. The face of the machine lights up when preparing which my family thinks looks like a little robot on the counter. He makes a very good cup of coffee!

Removed the red plug on the water tank, filled and put in place. Some clicking and pumping noises but not a drop of water or puff of steam from the funnel or steam wand. Very similar to some other reviews. Returning.

I have been enjoying my new Seedeem machine. It is a very nice color of dark metallic. The tank holds a lot of water, much more than my previous machine. I pull about 3 double shots a day and I only have to refill 1-2 times a week. But it is louder pulling shots than my previous machine that was less expensive.The temperature and pressure gauges are extremely helpful to let me know I'm doing things right.The frothing wand is able to pivot to different angles. If I'm using a big mug for frothing, I just need to lift the machine up to get the wand in. For this, I've bought a 12 oz (300 ml) frothing cup that is just the right size for the frother wand without having to lift the machine.I especially like how I can fit up to 5 inch tall cups. I would just need to remove the drip tray, and that's it. However it won't fit my 6 inch tall Yeti travel mug, so that mug I only use for my drip coffee machine.For the price and it's features, I'm satisfied that this machine does all that I need it to do and it looks amazing.

The machine suits its purpose. The temperature is perfect. Well worth it!

Love it so much !This is a great espresso machine, it has an adjustable wand which is absolutely convenient to make latte and cappuccino, the foam is very soft but thick. I use it every morning before I go to work, it's quick to make a cup of coffee, it only takes 20 seconds.But I have to say, it wasn't easy the first time I used it, I guess nothing is easy when it becomes professional, so I reached out to the SEEDEEM company. The response was really quick, after 6 hours I got a message from the seller, they're very professional and tell me all kinds of details to use it. I feel their respect and care about customers.

There is only one thing you need to know about this particular espresso machine: the place where you put your cup? IT’S TOO EFFING SMALL. See how the product pic has shot glasses? Well a) shot glasses are the ONLY thing that will fit under there and b) I’m not sure those are regulation-sized shot glasses, because this ish is TIGHT.Everything else works as you’d expect, so if you’re cool with always having to make your espresso in one tiny cup before transferring it to a different tiny cup to drink, then this machine will do just fine. But if you’re like me and find even minor annoyances just stop you from using a thing? Find a different one.
