Dry, hard and crumbly cheese
I've never had the provolone in stuffed cherry peppers turn to crumbs and become powdery even when soaked in oil. The cheese was as hard as old dry sharp cheddar. The cheese's flavor was mild and barely apparent. The peppers are crisp, have good flavor and are mildly spicy while the prosciutto provides needed salt and savory to balance the tart chili-pepper.

A source
I used to get these at the olive bar in my grocery store, but COVID-19 protocols have dismantled the olive bars and this is no longer available locally. Good spicy flavor that works well paired with beer, white wine or vodka tonic.

GREAT firm not mushy
These are by far the BEST PEPPERS EVER. firm not gross mussy ones. Cut into 4 pieces for yummy goodness! The other reviews are waay off in my opinion! I've ordered them 6 times.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First off this is way to expensive for these peppers I can get these from my local store for a lot cheaper and they fast 1000 times better waste of money don’t get these!! The cheese tasted like hard rubber the meat didn’t taste good and it just wasn’t very good at all! And the jar has the white mucus looking stuff in the jar and they don’t give refunds I wasted 30$ on this such a disappointment not only was it terrible you don’t even get to return when most food products that don’t take back but they at least give you back you money Disgusted!!!

Wouldn't make me a fan...
I absolutely love pepper shooters. I have had both Kocher and Dellalo recently and Dellalo is my favorite, Kocher is okay if you spice them up with some garlic powder and Italian seasoning. The Gio brand is hot but that's it. The cheese is dry/flaky and some pieces of the meat have been dry/hard/chewy. The peppers are crispy but there is no flavor to them. Even trying to add spices doesn't help this brand much. I won't be purchasing any more of these and feel they definitely are not worth the high price.

Be careful
They were ok, definitely not as good as others on the market. Some of the meat was very chewy
