Perfect Pho Mix

Homemade pho just doesn't taste the same without this paste since discovering it.It has such a vibrant, unique flavour that really enhances the flavour of any broth (vegetable, beef or chicken) significantly.I personally add one packet to about 900 - 1000 mL of beef broth, along with some chopped green onions, ginger, star anise and cloves. I let it simmer for a while and, voila: restaurant-quality broth.I absolutely recommend this product for quick and easy pho broth! You won't be disappointed.
