I really like this hot tub. It's inflatable, so easy to set up, as well as moveable. Firm walls. The size is great for 2-4 people. The water stays hot when covered, and lasts quite a while when using. And after use, it doesn't take long to warm back up to the set temperature. The pump is working great and is easy to use. All in all, no complaints.

The Aruba fits one person comfortably. To say it fits 2 -3 people is ridiculous. Being that "jets" air holes are in a circle, you greenhouet a wall of bubbles on your back. That part I love. I put a 8x8 greenhouse over the spa (it's January) and that makes 200% difference. It's currently in the low 20s F, and the compressor can't run if it gets under 40°F. I also bought a cover for the housing for insulation and protection from water.

I’ve been researching inflatable hot tubs for a year. This won as the best from all the research I did. I don’t regret the purchase . It took 1 hour to set up. 12 hours to heat up. The bubbles are STRONG! Do your research on what chlorine to put into it. I bought 1 inch tabs and I put two of them in there. But it was too much for the small tub so now I’m going with no chlorine and we will just change out our filter every couple weeks. My skin is super sensitive so that’s what’s best for me. I will tell you that when you sit in it, it does cool down quickly with the cover off but again it’s not a purchase I regret

I have been looking for a smaller 2 person hot tub for several years but they are all so expensive. $3k on the low end. I finally took the chance on a soft side and so far we are very pleased. We were able to set this item up and get it heating in 1 hour and 20mins. Nicely packaged, all parts accounted for, quality build and materials. It is heating as I create this review. The instructions leave a bit to the imagination using almost solely pictograms but it was rather easy. We also added foam interlock pad on the concrete patio (noted this idea in another review) for added protection. We may even move it inside to the basement for fall and winter use too. If you are on the fence you will not be disappointed with this item.

The media could not be loaded. I went with the Saluspa Aruba and I do not have anything bad I can say! It was easy to set up (follow the YouTube videos), it’s comfortable, I’m 5’4 and my feet barely touch the other side when laying back on the saluspa pillow. It fits my space perfectly and looks beautiful in my sunroom with matching decor.I have Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis so this tub really is medically necessary and cheaper than what I’d pay yearly to do Aquatic Therapy in a heated pool.If you are serious about getting a hot tub but can not afford the hard wall tubs this hot tub is exactly what you should get!!!

It was fantastic for 5 or 6 months, we keep the water balanced and cleaned at all times. The lid started growing some kind of moss/algae and messed up our water. We reached out on Amazon and to bestway directly and because it was past the return window they said they couldn't do anything to help us. They couldn't send us a new lid and they couldn't tell us how to prevent/clean the mossy algae stuff. We kept the lid on whenever we weren't in the hot tub, we did everything right and yet somehow the defect in design allowed our hot tub to become a cesspool. The inflatable part of the lid is now partially filled with water (don't know how that is possible) we tried to drain it with no luck, the walls of the hot tub also have water in them, again, don't understand how that is possible and cannot get the water out. I so regret purchasing this.. I wish I had just saved up for a small hard side hot tub. I hate that this is going to end up in a landfill. So frustrating...

The spa is great! Pros - quick set up and easy, like the ability to take it down fairly easily to store. You sit on a nice cushion pad on ground and it is comfortable. Was hesitant to order because of this but found it is comfy. Great for 2, not sure on 3 or 4 due to water level rising but all depends on your size, with 2 people with bubbles on you will loose some water. Bubbles are powerful, ours drops 2 degrees when on, this will vary and change with outside temperature. Cons - would be great if it came with possibly and APP on phone and or programmability. Only programming available is a one time delayed start time with one set time to run, but it doesn't repeat. On a side note we use the FROG chemical floater for hot tubs, set on the #1 setting and the water has been good for a couple weeks without adding anything. It is available on Amazon. Highly recommend the Spa, great value over spending a ton of money.

We bought this to use at a new house that was built in 2023. Any time we try to heat the water it blows half the house circuit breakers out and we can't get it heated. Not sure what we will end up doing. I agree with others- terrible set up directions. Watch the videos others have done here. Very helpful. It's very cute.
