Not sure if they're defective or if they're supposed to be like this
I'm wondering if I don't have a slightly defective pair sound-wise. There are two problems with the sound. First, they seem somewhat off-balance to the left compared to any other headphones I have. Second, they have an odd problem where there's a 1 or 2 second fade-in anytime I start a song or podcast. The same thing happens when changing the equalizer setting. And it will often cut out in the middle of a song or podcast and immediately fade back in the same way for no apparent reason. I can go back and play the section where it happened, and it won't happen a second time. At first I thought maybe there was some kind of compression or automatic gain control to help smooth other varying volume levels among different sources, but now I'm not so sure. I haven't seen any other reviews mention these things, so I'm thinking maybe I got a slight lemon.A couple minor complaints are that the neckband could be a little looser, and there's no ability to disable the vibrate function.A couple things I like are that the buttons have the same layout as the LG line of headphones (which I've always used) and the charging case is great. But, they may end up in the drawer never to be used again because of the odd sound issues.

Poor Build Quality
I've had this headset for about a year and felt I could write a review of it now. This is not a well-made item. The On/Off switch on the left side does not securely toggle. Moving it to On might or might not turn the unit on, and moving it to Off might or might not turn the unit off, etc.The biggest issue has been the failed left wire and face plate. As you can see in the picture the face plate came unglued and the wire snapped off. Through normal daily use I would extend and retract the buds as needed (for a walk, commute, etc), never putting unnecessary stress on the wires. Nevertheless, the left wire failed 6 months into owning the product. Fortunately, I mainly use it for phone calls in my car, so having only one working earbud is still okay. The music is not great. If you are buying these, buy them for phone calls. Music is tinny and underwhelming. The sound quality of these has put me off future Phaiser products, and I have chosen to buy the TrebLab J1 as my next set of wireless calling/listening headphones.

Best I’ve tried for the money
I don’t usually write reviews. But, I had too for this one. The overall design of the headset is great. It fits perfectly underneath my collared shirt for work. Can’t even see it. Then bam pull the earbuds down to the “limit” and away you go. Hey even come with “memory foam” buds that I installed. Work just like any memory foam earplug and really reduces noise.Everyone I ask says I sound good. Just don’t press the volume buttons while on the phone, lol. Everyone will be like “what is that clicking noise!?” Just use the volume buttons on your phone.Even comes with an awesome travel case with a basic battery backup usb charger and a short usb cable to charge the headset in the case.I’ve tried a couple headsets and this is the best I’ve tried.

Good choice for wireless earbuds...
I was so glad that Phaiser has PDF downloads of the manuals online because the manual that comes with Phaiser earbuds is about the size of a business card, so kinda tiny)…I wanted to try some earbuds that were not wired and I’ve seen people wearing contraptions like this so I thought I would give it a try…I was initially confused with how to charge the charger … and the earbuds … and I wrote a very specific question only to receive the most generic of “form” replies, so not really helpful. I figured it out for myself and the earbuds are fine for my needs. I can listen without being tethered by a wire like the old earbuds so its fine.I have not messed with features like equalizer nor have i taken any phone calls at this point… I think it will take some getting used to while understanding the functions of the buttons without having a diagram in front of your face at all times…

BEST FOR THE PRICE.
BEST GOING FOR THE PRICE. I dont give five stars because i want my review to be believed. These earphones are pretty damn good.I like this particular styling as it is hard to lose and doesnt get tangled in collar. Sound is good, battery lasts, etc etc on every level.AND they give you a charging battery which was completely unexpected. Now if they hold out and remain tough, unlike the simular but fragile LG version wifi, then consider this a five star review.

I've been using this pair for 2 months and really like them. I don't know how durable they will ...
I'll come back and write a longer review later, but I just want to get a positive 4 Star on record for now. These are the first bluetooth earphones I have owned and I bought these for 3 reasons... Price, sweat proof and "can't drop and loose" design.I've been using this pair for 2 months and really like them. I don't know how durable they will be for the $30 price point, but they are doing good so far and I have not been gentle with them. Lots of yard work in the summer heat and sweat. Battery life is fine for my needs and sound quality is ok by me, but I am 1/2 deaf. I even like the extra "Comfy" buds they threw in the package. So, as an entery level bt headset, I say go for it. My only concern is how long they will hold up.
