It works but
It works but its sooo Hard to remove from the container even if it says microwave for 5 seconds! I ordered the medium but I got the Hard, no wonder it took me forever to take it out from the container. The label says hard on the top cover yet you can't see it since it is covered with instructions and the side label says Hard as well. The only thing it says medium is the sticker at the bottom..Attached pics for referrence.

Maybe it’s me?
All in all works best in super cold environments. Worked the first use in the winter when my house was cooler and the wax can form easier. After that in the summer its too warm and can’t hold onto itself when mixing between warm fingers. I even tried to put it in the fridge for 20 minutes but it didn’t change anything?? When it does get stuck from being too warm it is so painful to try to pull off. Luckily water washes it out but it leaves a smell. If it wasn’t so easily washable then I would leave less stars. Hair and wax gets disgustingly everywhere if you aren’t careful. Maybe other people will have a good use out of this, but it’s been duds after my first use.

Watch a couple of YouTube videos before using
Overall satisfied with this product. Tried it the night I received it just to see what it was like. Big mistake. Very messy and sticky. That night, I watched a couple of YouTube videos, one from a professional sugarer and from an amateur like me. I learned a lot in terms of even just knowing how to get it out of the container—which I know sounds ridiculous, but trust me, do that first before you even open up the container. Did my legs, from knee down, and I don’t think that hair was long enough. Then worked on my underarms and I became obsessed. Day two was way easier and less messy after watching the videos.

Not the easiest for beginners
Not very easy to use. I ordered the medium. It came in today so I obviously tried it right away. Took me about 2 hours to wax both legs. First I tried with nitrile gloves as it says in the instructions to use. It stuck to the gloves so bad I ended up aborting that and just straight used my hands. The product sticks to EVERYTHING!!! I first started out with a big glop which was a horrible idea. By the end of it I was using a ball roughly the size of a quarter. It gets warm extremely quickly on your skin. When it starts turning white stop and throw that piece away (good luck because by this point it's soooo sticky I had to scrap it off my fingers using the side of my trash can). But it definitely gets the hair. Still hurts because obviously you're ripping your hair out. I don't think it hurts any less than going to a professional. I've read so many positive reviews about sugar waxing and after this experience I think I'll just keep paying a professional to do it.

Works great But for Beginners Get Hard wax...
This works great, once I learned what I was doing. The directions included are not very clear so I went looking up different videos on YouTube, and the actual brands website for help. First time when I tried to use this it was really stiff so I heated it up as the directions said by 5 seconds, well it was too warm for me to pick up (thick syrup like consistency) and pull the hairs. Well after putting in the fridge a bit to cool it worked way better but I've noticed it's really hard to get out of the container cold and apparently the surface of my body heats it up pretty quickly that it becomes too sticky way too quick. Which the company site does say that rookies to sugar wax typically make the mistake of buying softer waxes thinking it'll be easier to use, that actually harder waxes are easier. I believe it. I thought I was doing good by buying the medium myself. Well lesson learned I will get the harder one next time. Now some reviews mentioned a rash, doing further research on sugar waxing that could be caused by allergic reaction but also red rash like bumps can be caused from improper tearing/flicking or even cause light bruising. This also depends on the area you're waxing, and the sensitivity of your skin. On my calves I didn't have an issue with this but I did a little on my thighs. So for the newbies like me make sure you are pulling parallel to your skin and tightening the area as u pull to prevent this and use a cooling spray or simply put ice on the irritated area ASAP to help. From what I saw online this company sells a cooling mist and other products for this reason. Also I didn't use powder first which would've probably helped with the bruising issue too. Also from my research evidently if you're on or about to be on your period that could cause your skin to be more sensitive too and be the reason for the irritation/bruising.Basically the wax is great and does it's job but new sugar waxers should most likely get the hard one not medium, take a few trial and error attempts at what works best for u, & be careful with how you're tearing/pulling the wax. Best of luck! I figured it out & so can you! :)

Great product!
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this warranted one. I was unsure as a first time user but after the first use ... I am sold. It was easy to warm (i used the microwave) easy to apply, easy to remove. Quick, relatively painless and no clean up.I read the directions on how to apply the wax and how to remove. No complaints. Excellent product !! I am so glad I attempted this at home!

A little too soft. Not the right texture
Gets over worked and gummy very easily. Even after using a good size glob it gets too warm and too soft very quickly
