This is very small for my 9yr. So I returned it. I’d say perfect toddler size though.

The media could not be loaded. A really fun shell and weapons from the turtle series. She absolutely loved the entire outfit especially the mask. When she changed into her turtle PJs she couldn’t wait to get the costume back on to be the real crime fighter Raphael. A great costume for a great price. Note: she could NOT reach the blades over her back no matter how hard she tried. Had to push up on the tip to throw it out of the holder to start battling. Maybe longer arms would be helpful. I give this a certain A rating! Lots of fun to be had with the Turtles.
