I liked this product, works great

I liked the idea of having both valerian and melatonin together in one dose but for bad insomnia this product just misses the mark. I kept waking up several times during the night unable to get back to sleep and the taste is not good. I couldn’t finish the bottle, I would recommend this product for anyone who just wants to relax, not someone who has insomnia or a real problem with sleep.

I bought this product because my toddler gets very hyper at bed time. This product helps him calm down and makes it easier for him to fall asleep. It will take between 40-45 mins for him to start feeling sleepy but overall the product works.

This product has given me the best sleep I've had in YEARS with no hangover the next day. It truly works night after night, it even seems to lift my mood. Of course that could be because I'm sleeping so well. If you have trouble sleeping give this a try, you're welcome. 😊

Very disappointed in this item, I gave it a 2 star because I did sleep well but the taste is rancid or like a sour towel smell. Cannot send back for refund because it is a food grade item. No expiration date on bottle. I ordered a different brand from different company and it had an expiration date on it. Hate I wasted my money from this seller!!!!
