A great 90s game
The Warlords series is one of the most over looked game series out there, from the first Warlords to the RTS/RPG mix of Warlords Battlecry 3, this franchise has put out some of the most high quality games of the strategy genre, with Warlords 3 being no different.Warlords 3 was born in the end of the late 90s TBS boom, this standing out as one of the best of the genre. The game is the first of the Warlords series to feature a Campain in the form of smaller battles following a lively storyline in the world of Etheria. What makes Warlords 3 different than other TBS games at the time were the strong RPG elements, with heroes being able to move from one map to the next in the campaign while still keeping their experience and items. The skirmish is well done with and gives the game an endless amount of replayability. This along with the colorful interface, amazing soundtrack and good UI make Warlords 3 one of the best games born from the 90s.I recommend this for any fans of high fantasy, 90s TBS, or just want to be thrown into a great storyline with strong lore.

Brought back some fun memories.
This is a very old game (in computer years), so it doesn't work with the current windows. I had to install a patch to get it to work and fix some compatability issues with my mouse, but once I did it worked perfectly. Brought back some fun memories.

Great classic game
Great classic game, love the CD soundtrack, but I can't figure out any way to play it with a modern PC (on Windows 7).

Too bad it didn't work
I played this game 10 years ago - it was cool then.The copy that I purchased recently failed to bring back those good memories - mostly because the game locked up and failed to play, I am very disappointed with the vendor and with Amazon for not taking care of me and replacing the defective product when I informed them. I am reluctant to make additional purchases if I am sold junk with out recourse.Thanks for nuttin' guys. I can throw my money away better places than here.
