The directions were useless, just giving the order and not where they go. I really wanted to like thins & spent a good amount of time figuring out how to put it together using images from the description. When I finally did, it took more time because if the turn is a fraction of an inch off, it doesn’t work at all. Still didn’t work smoothly so I returned it.

This 'mop' is TERRIBLE! Hard to assemble, no instructions, pieces missing, arrived in a crushed box from China that was rewrapped in a black trash bag!! If I could give no stars, that's what I would rate it.
