Great quality and the adhesive is very good. Love the look of this peel and stick.

Overall I will be returning this for something a little better. This stuff is decently easy to apply, but I dont like the material. It’s tacky, like almost sticky/gel. It attracts dust and grime and I could see it being difficult to keep clean in a high traffic area like the kitchen. It’s also pretty thin so it shows every imperfection from the wall, and you can definitely tell it’s peel and stick. I’ve used other peel and stick tiles that have foam backing to help that problem, and they feel closer to real tile so easier to keep clean. I’m definitely going to look at something from that brand instead.

It is not in squares like in the photo which was not what I was wanted. The pattern had jagged edges which have to be lined up and trimmed. Looked nice enough and it stuck well to the wall. I tore it down for and applied another tile for simpler application as I’m not good at lining up and trimming

It was not easy to work with but the final result made it all worth it.

I just love the result, the product is amazing is easy to use but you have to measure and do it carefully, it change the appearance of my kitchen.

Looks amazing, like the real deal. Easy to install according to my husband
