Not actually dairy/soy free
The ingredients listed in the product description online does not match the ingredients on the box. If I would've known that it has "natural flavors" I would've been more cautious about buying/consuming this product. I'm nursing my 5-month old son who has a dairy and soy allergy; his GI specialist indicated that "natural flavors" could mean dairy or soy ingredients (eg butter is considered a "natural flavor." After having some of these he started pooping blood again, like he did when I didn't know he had allergies and was eating dairy and soy products. So is this product truly dairy/soy free? I don't think so. I've been keeping to my dairy/soy/egg free diet for months now, which has been very challenging as I can't eat processed foods or go out to eat, and these cookies ruined all of my hard work, and my poor baby will be suffering for it :-(

WHAT HAPPENED?!?
I've ordered,"Enjoy Life Soft Baked Cookies,"numerous times&really enjoyed them.It had been a while so,I ordered the 6 box variety pack. Was I in for a shock! What in the world happened??They're under half the size of the same cookies I had previously ordered. There was absolutely no flavor, taste was a blob of dried out dough!! Always loved Snickerdoodle's, very disappointed! These are not@all the same cookies I previously loved.Won't be ordering again! Now,I have 5 boxes of unopened cookies. These were not cheap! When you expect the same product that you previously enjoyed&end up w/these,I feel mislead.Hate wasting food&really hate wasting my money!!There's no one I would even consider giving these to.Would still like to know, what happened?!?

Allergy Alert—ingredients have been changed!!
These cookies used to be great for my allergic child as they came in very handy for a pre-made treat. However, Enjoy Life has changed the ingredients in the double chocolate brownie cookies adding konjac and sorghum flours. My child is allergic to konjac and had an allergic reaction after eating one of these cookies from the newly redesigned boxes. Please be aware that it’s not just the photo on the box that’s changed, ingredients have been changed as well with no notice of said ingredient changes on the new design. This is disappointing and unacceptable from a company that is supposed to be attuned to the needs of the allergy community.

Not bad for vegan and gluten-free cookies!
I bought 6 packs of the soft baked chocolate chip cookies. Each box measures about 8 x 4.5 x 2 inches. Each box contains 12 cookies. Each cookie measures about 2 x 2 x 0.5 inches.Cookies are one of the reasons why going vegan has been impossible for me, as I've been unsuccessful in baking them myself. So when I found these cookies here, I was ecstatic. I mean, just look at the ingredients! They are free of wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, casein, potato, sesame, sulfites, and many more making these not only vegan but also gluten-free, kosher, and halal. Some things I want to highlight about these cookies:- These cookies are full and filling. Not sure if this is a rice flour thing, but I felt like I ate a whole box of regular cookies eating just a few of these.- These cookies are kind of cakey and chalky, yet moist. Not sure if this is a no egg or dairy thing, I personally don't like them like this but the moisture, which most comparable vegan and gluten-free cookies lack, makes them tolerable.- There is a subtle, slightly stale cookie taste. I don't think the cookies are stale, but I believe one of these "healthy" ingredients, maybe rice flour, generates this taste. Again, this taste is subtle and I immediately got used to it.I also didn't realize until now the expiration date is very close. I purchased these cookies in August 9, and the expiration date marks October 28... meaning I need to finish them in 2 months... totally doable but I would have preferred to keep them a little longer.

New Funny taste - must have changed something
We are SO disappointed, these had been my son’s favorite cookies. He has multiple food allergies and cannot eat many prepared foods. EnjoyLife must have changed something because he tastes a difference and does not like them anymore (I can even smell a difference. We used to order several cases at a time. Now I am stuck w/ 4 cases of them as they can no longer be returned. Such a bummer!

SO delicious
These are SO good. I think I ate through 4 boxes within the first week of them arriving. There aren't many cookies in each box (I believe 12), but it's worth it to me. I started a low FODMAP diet when my IBS symptoms got really bad, and I am so thankful for cookies that don't taste like cardboard. I feel better when I eat these and I get my "fill" after eating only a few.I gave the gingerbread spice box to a family member because it's not a flavor I usually like, but if I had to rank the flavors I tried from favorite to least it would be:- double chocolate brownie (these remind me of the Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownies which I LOVE)- chocolate chip (still delicious, but I was blown away by the brownie ones)- snickerdoodle (I love regular snickerdoodle cookies, but these were just okay)I am a bit of a chocolate fiend though, so this is obviously my preference. I definitely recommend ordering the variety and trying them all out!I ordered more boxes of just the brownie flavor after going through the variety pack, and I got the mini chocolate chip cookies in individual packages. I've been eating 2-4 cookies or one of the mini packages as a snack with my lunch when I am craving something sweet and it does the trick!

TERRIBLE DON'T BUY
I received a bad batch from amazon and so I asked for a refund. Amazon offered to send a new batch. The new batch was also terrible. It finally occurs to me to see the expiration date on the box -- they expire in a couple of weeks!!! These cookies get stale and taste FOUL when they are close to expiration date. Please do not buy from this seller. Now I am unable to get my money back because amazon said this was resolved due to sending me the new batch. What a WASTE of money. Never buying from this company again.
