Well it looked ok - but after sending the wrong size twice I decided to buy from a reputable brand.

Not only the belt is comfortable, but it provides excellent back support for powerlifting, cross training, deadlifts, and squats. It's made of a thick and durable material that gives the belt a long lifespan.The 5-inch gym belt is perfect for any fitness enthusiast, and I love how it's adjustable to fit my waist size. It's also lightweight and breathable, so it's comfortable to wear during workouts.The belt has helped me tremendously with my deadlifts and squats. I can lift heavier weights with more stability and less strain on my back. The belt has also improved my posture while exercising, which is especially helpful when lifting heavy weights.

From the get-go, the comfortable back support it offers is evident, making those heavy lifting sessions more manageable and safer. However, while the overall build is impressive, I did wish it had a bit more padding for those really intense sessions. A great simple weight belt with a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is kind of redundant because the Velcro on it is so strong, but it's nice to have that extra level of protection, especially when you're trying to go for some PBS. He came nice and soft, so not overly rigid when first trying it on, and it's dead simple to use and works a treat when in the gym.Very subtle style in nothing too outlandish and it's a nice soft material, so you've still got a lot of movement in it if you want to do any workouts that require movement.Overall very happy with this. Would recommend if you want something for functional fitness but also back support.

As if by mother natures clockwork as soon as I was north of 30 I felt workouts more, found injury came much easier and therefore started to look at protective solutions for wrists, elbows, lower back and knees.Belts can be really quite expensive, bulky and uncomfortable. This belt is great though, easy fit, nice to wear during workouts and deadlifts mostly. Being velco means that body size can change at the belt doesn't need to.Lightweight and study, should last a while.
