It tastes terrible, please don't buy!!
It has a very strong peanut powder and/or some artificial flavouring which made me nauseated. I took a Bite and couldn't eat it further and was sad that I have throw away the food. It turned out to be fluffy but didn't like the taste at all :(

Disappointing Experience
My experience with Prolicious High Protein Pancake Mix has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. The taste of the pancakes made from this mix is notably bad, lacking the expected flavor and texture one looks for in a pancake. Additionally, the claim of being high in protein does not compensate for the unappetizing taste. Making matters worse, the mix is not as easy to prepare as advertised, requiring more effort and precision than expected. Despite my attempts to follow the instructions carefully, the end result consistently fell short of expectations.
