Repaired a firebrick from cast iron combination fireplace - works a treat + saved me money
Used this firebrick cement to repair a combination fireplace firebrick that sits at the back of said fireplace. Was broken into 3 pieces - if you follow the instructions regarding wetting the area to be stuck then will work. I let the firebrick harden on a radiator then just room temperature overnight. So far has survived constant use of the fireplace over the last 2 weeks - so should hold up.This saved me £45 + £15 postage (heavy) on buying a new firebrick - so well worth it.

Easy to use.
Makes the fitting of fire-reducing bricks (e.g.) a professional job. Able to get the cement where a trowel can’t. Brilliant piece of kit.

Crack in fire bricks
Will use if when the fire is not in use summer time ,cartridge nozzel ideal for cracks in the fire bricks

Good product
First time had to use this product. British Gas was not happy with a hole in ourchimney breast so we used the cement to fill it in. The cement appeared slightlyrunny but filled in the gaps fine and the next day hadn't moved. Chimney breastnow all boarded back up and legal.

very easy to apply
Very easy to apply, has the added advantage of being in a tube so am hoping in 6 months time it will still usable unlike the tubs which go off very quickly once opened. Seems so far to be a good strong seal with no flaking. Also a good price
