Too expensive for what it offers.
It's a decent product but the price is not worth what you are getting at all.The matte screen for some reason blurs the image a significant amount compared to other tablets I've tried. I am not the only person saying this as many online also mentioned it. This is especially apparent in text and thin lines and details. There is also a noticeable delay compared to other tablets, this was increasingly frustrating as I specialise in 3D work and quick sketching for ideas. Also, 4k 60hz is not worth £1,850 of what the unit costs. Please save your money. In terms of good things, the texture of the screen feels very premium and so does the rest of the unit. The included quick keys remote is also very nice to use. The colours are also extremely accurate and vibrant and the included pens are comfortable. However, you're bound to find this with other, much cheaper tablets with the same specs.I personally recommend the Huion Kamvas Pro 24 4k instead, or even the brand new XPPEN 24 Inch Gen 2 tablets that just came out recently that I have in the mail currently. (Of which they offer 165hz 1440p & 60hz 4k models that are less than half the price of this).

Sent mine back.
Xencelabs dont have Livechat if you have a problem. An email saying ‘we’ll get back to you within 48 hours’ isn’t helpful when software doesn’t work.I spent a whole weekend meticulously working through every suggestion they had on their website and still I couldn’t get it linked to my (6month old) Mac. In the end I had to send it back for a refund. My advice - stick with Wacom.
