Perfect for commercial office
Decent trim for commercial office. Liked the color more in person than on the picture

No adhesive, didnt realize
No adhesive which is added cost and makes the job more difficult than necessary.

Horrible material and product
After following all instructions per Lowes when we got adhesive, this material is so thin and wobbly that it would not bond to wall whatsoever. First of all why manufacture the product so thin it makes no sense, second not having any stability there is no way it can adhere successfully. We had to literally pulled it out to return it but worst part is it took a whole bottle of glue remover to get rid of adhesive stuck on wall and floor and we also had to repaint area, find another baseboard what a great headache. Certainly do not recommend it at all.

Great stuff! Don’t forget to buy adhesive!
Didn’t see that this doesn’t come with adhesive, as I was specifically searching for the peel and stick stuff but also wanted grey. Had to run to the hardware store for adhesive, but happy to find that this stuff is thinner than the standard ones which made it easier to cut and adhere. So in the end it was perfect. Thumbs up!
