The penis extender work pump needs improvement
I don’t like that the Hydro doesn’t have good vacuum pressure.It’s okay but not worth price,now the extender that’s a different story I’ve gained half inch in 3/4 weeks of using it.

Do Not Buy. Not worth $100
Purchased this thinking it was the Bathmate, or similar to the Bathmate. It looks similar but bad construction. Cannot depress the plunger on the tip to seal, does not seal well. Does not work to create a suction as intended. I couldn't depress the plunger with one hand without straining, and I can curl 60 pound dumb bells for reference.
