Interperson Relationship Skills for Ministers
Interpersonal Relationship Skills For Ministers This book is a good look from the perspective of intellect and the bible -from both a worldly and biblical aspect. However, I think what makes me really enjoy this book is that I am reading it alongside another book which seems to take a totally different approach to relationships. The other book is by Larry Crabb called "The Safest Place on Earth". These two books, being read together (these are texts for a class I am taking at Bible College) really present a broader look at what should be considered when looking at relationships. Crabb really goes to the spiritual end, while Bozeman and Smith go to the other end of the spectrum. Makes for a very interesting read! A true blessing, and one sure to change my life in an active way as I develop relationships with people.

Good book that discusses interpersonal communication
Good book that discusses interpersonal communication. I would not recommend this book for pleasure reading. It is written in an easy to read format with each chapter written by a different contributor, filled with stories of their personal experiences. I was expecting more of a practical how-to book rather than an experiential read.

Help for leaders
This book is so helpful because it is written by ministers, for ministers. Chapters cover everything you'll need to know from dealing with difficult people to etiquette. Highly recommended!

Used as text for course
My lecturer used this as one of his texts for Interpersonal Relations. I found it to be a really inspiring book, in which the author shared a lot about his personal experiences, making reference to his relationship with himself and those in his family. I wouldn't mind reading it again when the semester is over. :) enjoy.
