There’s a very thin, black mat that has a picture of 2 feet, showing you where to place your feet on the floor. There’s a little box that charges with a USB cable which snaps to a spot that has two snaps on the black mat. I have only use it for about a week. I think it’s helping me. you can feel it working just about a soon as you put your feet on it it’s sort of sense a tingling response to your nerves.

Sorry, but as yet I haven't opened the box. Since I have high blood pressure, I'm waiting to see if my doc thinks it would be OK for me to use. The research says that it lowers BP, but the included info says it's not to be used by people with high BP.

It says do not use if you have had any replacement. Also do not use if you have hypertension, pacemaker, pregnant, deep vein thrombosis.

It come with the charger. You just have to put it into a plug you would use for your phone.
