lays flat • holds wood table leaves snugly
You will want to make a template to use for installing the first one. Template helps line up the two parts so that they will pull together accurately. I used painters tape and marked it with a fine tip sharpie for the holes and the line for where the table leaves come together. Then I made sure the tape edge was the same distance from the outside edge of each piece. If I choose to use fewer leaves the hardware has to line up just the same. These are working great! When it's time to store the leaves, these are flat enough to wrap in a sheet to avoid scratching the exposed wood.

Poor quality
Snapped off after one use.Could be a lemon, the other 3 are ok at this point. But I’m not confident

Good quality and worth the price.
These latches appear well made and were quite easy to install. Put the latch on first, then attach the catch. This will give you room for adjustment and the holes on the catch won't be covered up

quality product, sturdy

The latch itself is well made , however !
The lower swivel that allows it to be secured to the item you are trying to mount it to was on backwards !I had to drill the pin out , switch it around and put a cotter pin in its place .
