I used these as backup with tampons because with my job I can't always step away right when I need to switch one out.So, does the lining inside the panties work to prevent leaks? Yes.However, only if it is a little or you are not moving around a lot. If anything gets to the sides where the leg holes are, the seam fails. The lining is stitched to the panties. If anything gets to that seam edge, the moisture wicks and will get the outer panties wet, making it able to then get to your clothes. In my case, my scrubs. If there's a way to sew these a different way so the outer panties don't fold onto the lining, it would be great.These will probably be good for lighter days or if you spot certain days.Note: Read the washing instructions. Make sure you don't place in the dryer. Hang dry only.

'These kind of hit just below the belly fat….. not a good spot, but would be good if you have a flat belly.May be ok as a period panty but not absorbent enough for incontinence……unless it’s just a couple of drips.I probably didn’t make the best choice.

Too small. Ordered medium. They fit like a XS. Can't use these.
