Oh, this was goodThe bar comes down straight across the wad of papers. Really heavy. Perfect if you are trimming a book block

It's a huge cutter, and cuts well but it's completely not aligned, it's out about 4mm if you push it agains the guide. And the worst thing is that the guide is dead on straight. I need to figure out how to align the blade.

This is my first paper trimmer and boy, does it make life easier.I used to try cutting straight lines using scissors but it was always obvious. This trimmer is super easy to use and lining up the paper for the exact cut you want is super easy. I tried about 150 sheets, it’s like cutting butter! I just can’t find any fault about this cutter! Very heavy duty, worth the money!All in, I am very happy with this paper cutter. The guillotine action is smooth, and the cut is even through all the sheets. With careful handling of your paper, this cutter will deliver machine quality cuts on a manual cut budget.

I love this cutter. It does exactly what I needed. I was tired of going to a print shop to have my cutting done, paying them money and then having the cuts uneven and or angled. My products are for resell and cuts like that make them unacceptable.The cutter does a perfect job. There are two ways to line up and hold the paper secure. If both are nice and tight, there is no slippage. I was so excited to get the results that I did. I also cut 100 sheets of card stock and the machine did fine.I am very pleased with this cutter. It makes fast work of cutting many sheets of paper.

Excellent quality product but difficult to line up the blade with your cut line. There were no instructions.

Good and strong, had to adjust the paper clamp (easy to do) so it holds them uniformly.Tested it on a huge book, like cutting through butter.

No instructions came with it. Nothing at all... Good blade but not for very accurate cuts. I can't see where the blade lands. I believe that a light beam would solve my problem but...too late now...
