Looked nice on website and product looks good in person but there is no software that will run it, can't change display at all. Will be returning. Would give no stars if possible

I went all in with SAMA with a case upgrade. Got the SAMA SM360 in black since the price was better and reviews seemed ok. First off it looks really cool. Followed the advice on here about pre-loading the software before installing and it worked great out of the box. BTW, there are notices all over the packaging and instructions that clearly state to do the same. I had a pre-existing system so I'm not sure what folks are supposed to do if they have brand new rig and install it if they don't have a pre-existing system? I'd be curious if someone posts with that experience. I played around with custom graphics and animated gifs and it was pretty easy. I've got 10 degrees cooler then with a fan so functionally it works great.ISSUES: I took a star away cause it does have some issues. When the system goes to sleep and wakes, the LCD doesn't load. It seems fine to work fine after a full power cycle....mostly. :) I was tweaking the fans and was doing a quick off/on to test not letting it fully boot. The LCD didn't like it and after a complete boot would connect/disconnect as if I were unplugging and plugging it back into the USB port. I noticed the LCD was powered when the system was off because I did have USB power on in the system bios. I've since turned that off in the bios to see if that might help reset the LCD during a power off. I have a feeling the connection in the LCD unit doesn't fully reset which is why it might get cranky. I did get it working again after a full power cycle.SUMMARY: I like it, it looks cool does it's cooling thing and when it works it works great. My tolerance is probably higher than most so as long as I found a work around, I'm happy. To each their own though. Not sure what SAMA's update release cycle is but maybe a software update fixes it. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

Constant freezing, buggy software and lcd, keeps crashing whenever you try to use a video or anything on it, its sad because the main reason I needed this is for that lcd screen for a customer build, waste of money.

Software is easy to install and fairly straightforward. Not quite as "pretty" as NZXT CAM, but at half the price it is more than sufficient.Pre-set display options are plentiful, and of course adding in your own image/gif is easy.Keeping a 7800x3D cool easily (as it should), I would prefer mounting hardware that secures at 4 points vs the AM5 clip-on approach, but it is fine for the price.r5custompcs

The step to downloading the software sucks and once downloaded the software is very mediocre.Worked for a month and pump is failing.

So I bought this AIO cooler for the LCD screen to be able to customize pictures on my PC because it was half the price of the namebrand once I get it. I follow the steps to the tee and no matter what I do, it doesn’t work and does not register on my PC that it’s even there so I contact support which was very vague and after about a week I get some new one after trying everything. They told me it was a bad unit and sent me another one and once again, I plug it in exactly how They told me and to my surprise, it doesn’t work once again. I have downloaded every Sam app trying to get this to work and it will not so please do not buy this unless you want headaches frustration and lots of cussing .ended up just buying a EVGA clcx off eBay and to my surprise it works flawlessly being hooked up almost exactly the same way. This was the worst experience I’ve had with any PC product I’ve ever purchased. Do yourself a favor do not buy.

This Aio is stunningly breathtaking, it serves me with endless customization through an lcd screen. I may have it play any gif I want, in great quality, brightness, and clarity, exactly how I imagined it. It takes cpu cooling from two boring towers of metal and blaring fans, to a futuristic, near silent, and aesthetically pleasing display. I’ve always wanted an AIO, especially one with a screen, but due to the near $300-400 price tag, I’ve never considered getting one. After all, an AIO the cost of a cpu is ridiculous, and I will not submit to such a scam. However, SAMA is a ray of shining light, a saving grace amidst greedy corporate overlords. It crushes the competition in terms of value with a similarly spec’d 360mm AIO paired with an LCD screen for less than half the cost of others, I’m looking at you NZXT, ASUS, and Corsair. I can’t speak on the longevity of this AIO, as it’s only been days since I’ve gotten it, but currently, there’s no pump wine, water noises, nor high temperatures. I’ve mounted it tubes down with the radiator being the highest point of the loop, as Gamers Nexus recommended, to avoid said noises. I stay between 31-35c on idle, with icue, wallpaper engine, and the Sama lcd gif running. For gaming, my temps either stay the same, or are 1-2 degrees cooler, with far less fan noise. But that isn’t where this cooler shines. I can overclock my i5-13600kf to 5.6 ghz, at easily 240+ watts, with majority of the cores at 77-80 degrees Celsius. The package temp is of course in the 90s, but that’s better than the thermal throttling and much higher temps across the board I’d get on a tower cooler at 215 watts. Regardless, thank you SAMA, for letting me get a glimpse of the upper echelons of pc customization and aesthetics, all at an affordable price. I hope this AIO serves me well, and may your business be booming.

Only gave 3 stars for "easy to install" due to the fact I really had to search around the internet (mainly newegg) for any kind of info of where to install all the wires from the AIO (4 seperate wire all together on this device). The AIO Cooler is 100% worth the money. This is an absolute dream of a cooler. The asthetic alone for the LCD screen (which 2.1" is much bigger than you think) is great. I recommend installing, then tilting your pc around to get all air out of the pump and into the radiator. Make sure to install the Sama app before turning the power on to the AIO in order to have everything work properly. I may actually post a video on how to do all of this esp for motherboards that don't have 4 pin RGB 5V connectors ( like my gigabyte mobo). I was able to connect it to 3 pin ARGB pinouts. All in all, this is such a great AIO with LCD screen for the price its unbeatable really. My Subzero gif is so perfect for this build. Sub temps for sure.

Full feature and lots of options for display. It’s the best $$ value AIO that I’ve worked with. This is a great AIO compared to the Sama AIO that just displays temps. I didn’t realize the difference between them BUT there is a huge difference. The software for this one is easy to install while the other one is a nightmare. This is now my go to cpu cooler for the many pc’s I build.

Cooler has many features and customizations. Great customer service from seller!
