I’m not sure what the manufacturer believes the words sturdy, and food quality mean, but neither of those words correctly describe this product. These letters are very hard to punch out. You have to go at a slow pace, paying close attention to each letter, symbol, or number you remove. If you go too fast, you can easily tear one of them. They’re made from thin quality paper, the bare minimum thickness of card stock. And they take FOREVER to punch out. I would not recommend, and I will never buy again.

Buy bulletin board letters that are fully cut out or make your own. I got these to save myself some effort, and they would have been great if the paper was the same color all the way through. After popping the letters out of the sheets, there is a fuzzy white rim around each of my black letters because it is only black on the top. Looks completely unprofessional and I'll have to trim each letter...so what's the point?! Also, the paper is somewhat thin, and you have to be very careful when popping them out of the perforated sheet.

I am the "party planner" at work and I purchased these letters to decorate with and I have to say they are fantastic quality and especially like that you get both Upper and Lowercase letters as well as numbers and punctuation. I'm sure to be ordering these again in the near future. They are very high quality and you can use them over and over again.

Was very happy with these letters. I read the reviews and hesitated because some claimed they were hard to punch out. I did not find that to be a problem at all. You do have to take your time when taking them apart but they came off just fine. Was very happy with the quality and would purchase again.

I do all of the bulletin boards at my church and this set of letters was good quality. Fairly easy to punch out and came with a good amount of letters, especially the ones that are used more commonly like "e" and "s". Definitely recommend!

I love how many of each letter were included. I needed 5 of the “e” for the phrase I was hanging in my classroom and had enough. However, these were difficult to remove from the sheet without tearing. For some of the letters I had to use scissors and cut out the letter because it would have ripped otherwise.

These will serve the purpose for a back to school bulletin board, but they are made SO cheap that they almost rip when trying to punch them out. They are VERY THIN and I am predicting that they won't stand up for more than one or two uses.

I hate that they rip so easily when punching them out. Still no easier way!?

Good quality
