good product, worked out the box, recommended!
works out the box. no problems. gave nas transfer speeds of ~280Mb/s on private network. nice that it uses PCIE-X4 so it can fit in the mini slots on the motherboard. happy with the purchase!

Love these, working as intended.
Used these as an extra NIC on my proxmox cluster that is comprised of Lenovo mini PC's, they work great at the speeds they are rated for. Fit inside of a vga sized cutout that was unpopulated, so they were plug and play, no case mods needed.

Works in Lenovo M700 Tiny with Unraid 7.1.4
Very niche product that works for my very specific use case. I wanted to upgrade my Lenovo M700 Tiny with some higher speed networking as it has a DAS attached storage and Unraid on it. I was able to install it in the wireless card class that was close to the power button. The very tight fit, but was able to fold the cable under the card and route it to the back. I was able to pull the PCI brackets off the Ethernet port and use the screws and holes to attach it to an unused serial slot punch out. I used a piece of electrical tape to cover the bottom of the Ethernet port PCB to keep from shorts. It looks factory! Unraid 7.1.4 picked it up without any issue and able to see 2500 Mbps connection. (Router confirms as well) Initial speed tests seem to confirm it. Hopeful that the RTL8125 will be reliable as the Intel I219-V has been. Three complaints. First is on Amazon, the packed was crushed. Luckily it was packed in a strong plastic case. Second, the cable is very short. Even in my tiny client PC, it took some creative routing. I would appreciate a bit more length on the cable. Third, please include a screw for the M.2 please. I can understand a commodity SSD not including a screw, but this is a bit more niche. Even a cheap screw driver was included. Overall, a great way to add higher speed networking to a mini PC. Unraid worked out of the box.

It works
Removed the onboard wifi from my motherboard and put this in its place so I could get the full speed of my internet/local network. Had to mount it externally due to lack of a slot. Was basically plug and play on an Unraid setup.

No-go on Lenovo
Does not work with a Lenovo Thinkcentre M75q. Causes the PC to stall at boot. Removed the M.2and the PC booted just fine.

WOOOO
I used this in a SFF build that only had a small wireless card port. I'm getting nearly full 2.5 gigabit speeds with this little guy. Works great!

It worked!
Put this in a Lenovo M80q, recognized immediately as a Realtek 2.5g family NIC, drivers loaded and operational in minutes. Cable length was just right for my application, yours may differ. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Works in 3080 Micro
This works in a Dell Optiplex 3080 MFF where a similarly designed i226-V M.2 setup does not.

Cable much shorter than advertised. But module works fine
The item description mentions 30cm cable. But it is hardly 20cm long. Wasn't long enough to install on my Optiplex 5070. So I had to build a custom cable myself. But the module itself works and reaches 2.5G speeds.

Be careful to get connections correct.
Works well once wired correctly. Comes with no connection details, just pictures on the product page. Pay close attention to colour positions. It took me 3 goes to get it correct.
