WONDERFUL for gluten free /vegan loaves!
This is my absolute most favorite pan to use for baking sweet and savory cakes andbread loaves!I cook gluten, dairy, egg and corn free and also low oil and sugar due to dietary restrictions and until I found this specific pan, I never could get my loaves to rise as high as a regular loaf.😖No matter what bread pan I used my loaves would only rise about halfway and though they tasted decent, the texture was slightly wet( yet somehow also dry?!)and a bit claggy. After perusing the internet, I found a few gf/vegan bakers that raved about this particular pan, so I found that sucker on Amazon and decided to give it a whirl. You guys I almost cried when I got my first cake loaf to rise and the texture was that of a real gluten filled dessert. This pan is magic! After a few cake loaves came out wonderfully,I got bold and decided to play around with a pizza dough recipe everyone raves about, and make it into a French bread loaf.Omg. Look at the results!REAL bread holes! It’s risen just like one of those giant British loaves I drool over in bake shop windows whenever I’m in London.👀The top is hard and crusty, the inside is light and springy and not wet!Y’all it’s a freakin miracle because I have NEVER been able to bake a decent loaf of gf/vegan/low oil bread that didn’t taste like it came directly from a prison.I have been trying unsuccessfully for 10 years! My poor long suffering husband has agonized through 10 years of dense , over toasted to dry it out bread and finally, thanks to this magical bread pan,he has been released from his disgusting bread prison.Just to give you an idea of the difference in bread texture, the first 3 pics I posted are of the bread I made using this pan, the 2 last pictures are of one of my many bread fails that happened before I got this pan.HUGE difference no?I’ve been using this pan for about 6 months and would definitely give this a shot, especially if you are a gf/vegan baker who has been having issues with your bread and cake loaves!

Closest to a commercial size loaf pan I have found but still misses the mark in every way.
Does a fair job. Leaves a good crust, size is ok but still smaller than a commercial loaf in every dimension. If it was at least as wide as a real loaf I would not mind that it is short and narrow . It is deep enough almost to support a proper loaf, better than most offered for home use. We know that the pans that make bread the size we can buy exist. Why can't they be purchased one at a time.

Great loaf pan
I bought this to bake gluten free breads. It works great. This loaf pan is taller than regular loaf pans. It helped getting normal sized gluten free sandwich bread. I will buy more of these, so I can bake multiple breads at the same time.

Nowhere near the advertised size
I had a USA Pan 9x4x4 pan that WAS great, until it was accidentally scrubbed and the non-stick coating was removed, causing the need for a replacement. This advertised 9x5 pan is NO WHERE NEAR THAT. Take a look at the photos. It's barely 8 inches - no less 9 (yes, it makes a difference) - on the outside. But pans should be measured on the inside anyway, and this one might be 7 3/4 inches at best. I didn't bother trying to use it either, so I cannot comment on the quality of cooking with it.

Love making Pullman loaves in this pan!
This pan performs perfectly for making my Pullman loaves every other day. Delivers a perfect bake every time and cleans up in a twinkling. Highly recommended for the dedicated home baker.

Awesome pan!
Perfect! The corners on the bread it makes it an exact right angle. Very attractive bread. Bread just falls out upon turning over.

Right loaf size
Just the right size for a loaf of bread, it does not sit around for days to finish.
