I take care of my oral health, but I get bleeding gum sometimes. So, my dentist and hygienist recommended I use this product based on results seen with other patients. I use gut probiotics during the day and oral lozenge after brushing my teeth before bed. I let lozenge dissolve slowly per instructions. After a month, my gums stopped bleeding; my mouth feels cleaner and healthier. I just saw my hygienist and she was happy with my progress. Extra unexpected benefit - my bad breath is completely gone. I highly recommend it.

While I haven’t noticed any effects from these, they are easy to use. The lozenges are meant to dissolve in your mouth and provide both pre/pro-biotic strains. The package mentions 6 billion CFU and 9 strains. It also contains zinc, vitamin A and C. The closest I can describe the flavor is strawberry cream.

Love these probiotics. Easy to consume dissolves in my mouth. So glad my dentist recommended them.

I don't know how effective these are, but the taste is not that great. I will likely not continue to use them due to the taste.

This is a combination of 9 strains of probiotics and prebiotic, zinc, vitamins C and D and xylitol. I take this Lozenges after the toothbrushing and flossing, before going to bed. They have a pleasant taste and dissolves pretty fast. No aftertaste. My mouth feels healthier overall. It is kind of pricey, but effective.

Doesn't taste bad at all. Takes awhile to dissolve but not awful. Great mix of Probiotics.

Seal was broken on product and not able to use as would be a safety risk.
