Compre 4 camaras, por pereza solo instale 2; no han pasado 15 dias y estas 2 ya fallaron.La App aparenta ser buena, pero el seguimiento de novimiento desaparecio de mi app, la opcion de crucero deja de funcionar todos los dias, asi que todos los dias debo entrar a la app y volver a encender la aplicacion de crucero. Tambien note que dejaron de llegarme alarmas de movimiento, fui a la aplicacion y resulta que mi lista de eventos tambien esta vacia. En general estas camaras no estan haciendo lo que prometen. Asi que estoy listo para regresarlas, ya ni pensar en instalar las otras 2 camaras restantes.Update: Atencion a clientes se comunico conmigo, ofrecieron ayuda para resolver mi molestia. Me explicaron algunos detalles tecnicos, reemplazaron mis 2 camaras dañadas y ahora todo funciona a la perfeccion!!

I'm a huge fan of Hiseeu products and have been using their cameras for years without issues. I purchased the dual lens WS03 model to pair it with my K8210-3WS NVR.Support was extremely quick to provide the most current firmware and the firmware update itself only took a few minutes. Once the firmware was updated, the camera was able to connect to the NVR wirelessly automatically.Keep in mind the default firmware may need to be updated on your NVR for this camera to connect. If it doesn't connect wirelessly automatically, then definitely reach out to their support to get the most current firmware.

I bought this camera so I could say "Alexa, show me front porch" and see it on my glorious big TV.Turns out, eseecloud app and Alexa do NOT work together, and I've spent HOURS trying to make it work. Search "eseecloud alexa" and you will find descriptions of the problem (and when it began), but no solutions to the problem!If you want a nice camera with a good picture to use with your Phone, you're set. Bought 2 of those and works great so far. Easy to install but the app need some improvement.

Camera vision, motion tracking, and human detection work very well during daytime lighting. Two pictures with one camera is a good bonus. The night vision picture is not near as good as the day picture and the human detection and motion tracking is not effective in my opinion. A person has to be relatively close to activate the smart vision color vision to activate. When the night vision human detection light does come on the picture is in color but not very clear, actually blurry. If you need a camera with good night vision and human detection, I do not recommend. This camera is not very expensive and if you don't need a sensitive camera it is worth it.

I replaced our old Hiseeu single lens camera with this upgraded dual-lens setup. Now I have a large, stationary field of view, plus I can turn on “cruise” so that the other PTZ lens can pan left to right.I have it programmed in full HD mode with night vision turned off! Even at night, the color video and HD quality looks great! It’s only been a couple of days, but so far, I’m satisfied with the upgrade.

These cameras work great and quality and picture is the best. App necessary is awesome and easy to work.

كل شيء في المنتج جيد الكاميرا جباره تتحرك يمنه ويسره والى الاعلى والى الاسفل وايضا تتبع الحركه بشكل دقيق المنتج يستحق الشراء مقارنه بالسعر ولكن اود ان اعرف اين اجد مقاطع الفيديو المسجلة..يمكن ربطها بالواي فاي او بسلك الانترنت بشكل مباشر

To set up is really simple. Any issues then customer services respond immediately. Value for money is great, such a well built camera and the view is fantastic. The motion detector allows me to view the camera when anything moves in the area I have highlighted. I can zoom in to see clearer. The set up is that good I have brought my parents a set up too. Well done Hiseeu for producing a great looking camera which functions really well for an affordable price.

Ottimo prodotto, come del resto la linea Hiseuu (in uso da circa due anni con altri modelli), telecamera con visione 2k e 8x zoom, molto bella, ottima risoluzione e zoom, collegamento rapido.Fantastico il fatto che la telecamera monti due "lenti" una fissa e una rotabile a 360°, insomma due telecamere in uno, così da poter tenere fissa sempre H24 una lente nell'area designata e la restante può roteare e controllare tutta l'area. Ottimo prodotto
