I'm a bit of a pro at using hair fibers. Here are my sugesstions. Part hair and apply a gently mist of root boosing spray (I have used the Boldify brand but also others). Immediately sprinkle hair fibers on freshly sprayed areas. Continue to part hair and repeat this same process where needed. Then with a wide pick comb or brush, style hair. Then apply a light mist of hair spray to hold fibers more security in place. Careful not to color your scalp too much with the hair fibers. You want them to stick to the hair (Reason I suggest a gently spray of a root boost first.) I also suggest getting a slightly darker color of hair fibers than your hair color if you have lighter colored hair.

These hair fibers are perfect, especially for the price. I’ve found that they last longer than the more expensive brands, & they hold up in humidity.

Bought it a lot because of the video showing the nice spray applicator to get under my hair to fill the thinning areas but instead the applicator is more like talcum powder where you shake it which is not what I was expecting. With this method I'll end up dumping powder either on my face or the floor... no thank you.

This product is black and not dark brown. It’s no where close to brown. When you use the directions which say pat the fibers to disburse them, they disappear. There are more fibers in my sink than in my hair. Won’t be purchasing again.
