I’m 5,8 and weigh 130 pounds. So I’mSlim. The stomach belt fits great and would fit someone larger. The two belts for arms are on smaller size. They fit me but idk how well they would fit a larger muscular person. I wanted to use the small arm belts for my upper thighs but they were about an inch to small to stay Velcroed. With that being said they work great. I feel as if they do stimulate muscle. I put the smaller belts on arms and calves and that works fine. They are durable. This came with chargers for all three electrical units. Overall this combo of belts are worth the money because this set was cheap and they work just as well as the expensive ones as I have another one that was more expensive and this works the same. Good buy IMO

The pictures in the description don't show the backside of the AB Belt. But the HIGHLIGHTED PADS on the buff dude shows SIX on the mid abdomen. It actually only came with 4, plus the 2 side ones. My first belt came with pretty straight forward and plain emitters, but pretty powerful. I submitted for a replacement, however as I thought they sent the wrong one due to the lack of belly pads due to the product description.FYI This belt is also possibly too short for you and comes with no extension.( I use the extension that came with an MTONER that lasted approx. 2.5 weeks and was instructed to throw away myself with refund)The second one is exactly the same (not as shown in product description), but the emitters have a visual timer. Unfortunately, they are very weak, and barely fire the muscle.The BERLING with the stronger emitters isn't bad. I'm starting to think AMAZON just has a box full of ab belts and when you order one, you just get what you get, regardless of brand or price you paid....

The ab belt works ok but the arm ones shock me no matter how much water I put on them. I missed the return window by 2 days or else I’d be sending this back.

On time delivery, nice packaging , soft material easy to wear . Comes with rechargeable 3 micro current adjusters - a cord with three charging ends so charges at same time- just need a cord plug head . Snaps into buttons on belts and gives electric impulses ( micro currents ) lowest one is 10 hardly detectable - goes up to 90 then 1-2-3. I guess if you have pace maker or heart condition you may want to consult your doctor .Belt is 44inches end to end without wrapping around - I am medium , fits nicely . Not sure for large or extra large - I am women M.Arms 16.5 inches before wrapping around .Will try it with good diet , so far it may even help pain and all let’s see .

I haven’t had it long enough to see a difference but I feel like it’s doing something. Great price too, my only complaint is I wish it were wider to cover more tummy but I do my upper stomach first then again on lower stomach. I feel like it’s working, time will tell

I'm working on my abdominal strength and this muscle stimulator has been great in helping me find the right place to force and also has a very comfortable small electroshock massage feature which has been great in relieving my lower back pain. I've used different muscle stimulators and there are many other brands that keep sliding around during a workout or while walking, which is definitely very annoying. But this one fits nicely to the skin and has a short charging time and lasts for a long time. It's great to use, easy to carry and without a doubt, I would recommend it to all my friends around me who want to get in shape.

I’ve purchased four (4) sets of these from the same seller. The picture speaks for itself. Several in the past arrived like this set separated and nonfunctional.The seller offered a partial discount for worthless devices and this last purchase barely communicated and at the end wouldn’t even respond anymore with my attempts to reach an agreement.The set you see is going to be returned (while I can). The seller just lost my future business. They won’t get me again! This is My opinion. Do whatever you want to do.
