Great product.
For first couple of times was so nasty to taste, very bitter, but after more than two weeks I can feel the spectacular effect on my knees. Moreover, total body cleansing has been taken a moderate place as well. You can expect effects but you have take over the taste. Great product.

A pure product, but needs to be encapsulated
I didn't twig when reading the description that this is the pure powder ready for encapsulation. You can buy empty capsules and put it in yourself which will be a lot less expensive than buying the product in capsules, and you will know it is pure with no additives or fillers. It doesn't dissolve in liquid, and I have tried taking it in between two bits of buttered bread but it is a bit gritty and crunchy. That's OK if you don't mind the texture for a few seconds until swallowed - it's not an unpleasant taste. If you don't like that idea I recommend encapsulating it yourself. That is what I plan to do, but haven't got round to it yet. I haven't taken it regularly yet so can't comment on efficacy.

with this product i am sure it does what it ...
with this product i am sure it does what it supposed to do but there is no instruction how much to take it for internal use so its but confusing
