So keep that in mind when you place it. I use it on my back and upper legs. It is supposed to help with pain, inflammation, and moving stagnant energy. With any product like this, it takes time to build up the benefits, but I do feel better already after using it.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks already and all I can tell it has done for me is leave crop circle marks all over my body. This is not to say it's not doing something for me but I honestly can't tell if it's improving my circulation or removing toxins from my blood so I can't rate this product on those things.I have noticed very subtle improvement in areas I've focused that have cellulite but it may be the lighting too, I think with extended use I might be able to see some obvious results in my cellulite - at least that's what I'm hoping.Since this machine is supposed to have benefits that we can't immediately see or feel, I will rate it based on functionality. Does it do what it's supposed to do? Yes. This unit sucks hard and leaves marks to prove it.I did have an incident where the battery was weak so I could not get it to turn off while it was stuck on me. I had to insert my finger inside the edge to get it to let go.All in all, it does what it's supposed to do - it sucks. Does it detox your blood and improve circulation - I don't know. Does it help with cellulite - it might but that's something that will take time to determine.

The only reason why I only gave this four stars is because I don't know if the red light works or not...meaning is it true red light therapy or just a red color bulb in there for looks.Nonetheless, I like this automatic cupping device! I have been using it every single day on different parts of my body.My hope in using it is that it helps with lower back pain, hip pain and to help with overall removal of body toxins. I feel like it helps my pain immediately in the particular area where I place the cup but the pain seems to come back the next day.It has terrific suction so much so that depending upon where I have it placed, I can multi-task when it is doing it's thing. I have no complaints or warnings about the device. I would highly recommend this especially for those who have never done cupping! It is very easy to use so don't let it intimidate you.Great gift for your loved one that is into sports, working out or even someone that has chronic pain spots.

I heard about this and saw videos. I don't want to end up looking after a date with Amber Turd J/K. Nice worry free packaging. Comes with a 18 1/2" usb-c charging cord. Charging takes no more than 8 hours. This is like a weiner pump but for your whole body to relieve fatigue and pain along with red light therapy included. Has 12 modes. This one start at slow suction vs strong as you DO NOT want to end up in the ER or call 9-11 and the need to try to explain this to PD of what had transpired :-p This item is pre set on a 20 minute timer which is good as you DO NOT want to overdo a good thing!! NOTE AS IMPORTANT: The emergency air auction release button is in the middle. Off sensation that you have to start slow and have your skin condition acclimate to higher setting. Not to sound like Pinhead from Hellraiser "What is your pleasure?" Unless you are into those type of things. I will start slow for a while personally due to low pain threshold if any. Even after 50 years old i do not light the sight of needles or getting shots!! Will be back in the future and see how this will work out for me. It's good and it works but I am not really sure how much it actually works as advertised. The suction power is ok. I would have liked it if it was a bit stronger. The quality of the suction is great and durable as well. I tried it on many spots and felt a bit of a difference. Overall good and does its job to a certain extent.

This is an interesting at home cupping set. Everything seems to work fine. Latches on easily, the suction is good.You can only do one at a time since there is only one cup which would make a full 'session' take a very long time.But it's pretty good for what it is.

This is a very nice portable cupping unit. It has multiple choices to choose from, I definitely recommend if using for the first time, start at the lowest level and then adjust slow.y from there. Only time will tell if it works for you, everyone is different and it can be used for many issues. It does leave a mark on your skin, so you definitely know it’s doing its thing, I’m still new to this and I’m beginning to feel a bit of pain relief. I have friends who swear by upping and have used this device & are purchasing their own.

I found this cupping device to be pretty good. It has great suction and quite a few adjustment levels to its power. I used it at max the whole time.Even though I used it on max it didn't really have much of an effect on my skin, but I have super tight skin. With the powerful suction I can see how this could cause bruises on someone who bruises easily.This supposedly has a heat function. I used that on max as well and barely felt it. So don't expect calming heat.
